Pratomagno zolfino beans are typical Tuscan legumes that look like sulphur in color. They have intense flavor and high digestibility. These organic beans give their best in soups, but they can also be enjoyed on their own, by adding a little Extra Virgin Olive Oil and freshly milled pepper. To savor these organic beans at its best, we suggest cooking them in a pot for 2 hours.
