Chickpeas by organic farming. Gr 500
The organic chickpeas are produced and packaged inside the Val d'Orcia's territory. They are legumes high in fibers, phosphorus and iron. Chickpeas give their best in soups, but they can also be enjoyed on their own, by adding a little Extra Virgin Olive Oil and freshly milled pepper. To savor these chickpeas from biological agriculture at its best, we suggest to soak them for 12 hours and cook them in a pot for about 3 hours, adding a little salt only at the end.
