Grappa Bonollo Sangiovese

The distillation takes place in steam stream with continuous amber. The process involves a first mismatch of the marc and a subsequent rectification of the obtained phlegm.

The aging is 4 months in stainless steel containers, has an alcoholic strength of 42% vol.
