Grappa Bonollo Reserve skins are steam-distilled in continuous alembic. First step is the extraction of volatile substances and aromas through the steam flow. The obtained spirit undergoes then a purification procedure by cooling and alcohol concentration. Ageing 18 months in Slovonian oak casks. Content 50% vol. – straw yellow colour. Opening with a fashinating pseudo-warm sensation, fallowed by harmonious floral and fruity nuances, enriched by pleasant vanilla and wood hints. Serving temperatureof 17°C
