Cinta lard is produced by a black piglet with a white 'cinta' on its belly that lives in the wild in our territory. This tasty sausage is obtained from the pig's shoulder, salted and seasoned on the outside with rosemary, laurel, sage, garlic, chilli pepper, pepper, cloves and juniper berries. With its fine and tasty taste, the Cinta lard is excellent for making hot bruschettas or refined recipes.
