For over a century our family has been dedicated with passion and professionalism to enhancing the fruits of the territory of our beautiful region. Typical Tuscan products are known and appreciated all over the world, the food and wine specialties of our region give joy and pleasure to the palate with unmistakable flavors and aromas.

We at Cantina La Frasca in our shop of typical Tuscan products offer our specialties, Tuscan wine and extra virgin olive oil that we obtain and process from our vineyards and olive groves. We also introduce other Tuscan food and wine delicacies that we carefully and meticulously select from the production of farms close to us.

Our vineyards, with a medium-strong terroir, are in an excellent position on a plateau at 350 m. above sea level. The harvest is carried out exclusively by hand, after a selection of the excess grapes. Our wines do not undergo any filtering and are decanted only by natural decantation. Processing and aging are done carefully and scrupulously by us in our cellar.

the olive grove is located at 600 m. above sea level. on stony ground. These conditions are excellent for extra virgin olive oil and allow us not to use any chemical treatment. The Cultivars are Frantoio, Leccino and Cipressino and give life to an excellent, delicate and fruity extra virgin. As soon as they are harvested, the olives are brought to the mill that same evening in order to keep all their qualities and organoleptic properties intact.
